Fair salary. I worked with many teams and the majority were very nice and professional. There is a department that support foreigners that just arrive in Japan, and they are really nice. The company has a good reputation within Japan.

There are many teams, and obviously, some would be a good fit for you and some not. The problem is that, as a foreigner just comming to Japan, it can be hard, if not impossible, to assest that properly. Please, dont overlook red flags.

Overall, a good company. Decent work-life balance, as a part-time worker.

Lower salary, especially when you're still a student. Not enough teamwork.
