In most large companies you are rewarded for your experience, education, dedication, and loyalty. At AMI if you are a salaried employee, you are abused & taken advantage of. The amount of work that is dumped on you could not be accomplished if you worked 24 hours a day. Instead of bringing in enough people to accomplish the work, their answer is you need to stay over & get it done. At raise time they don't seem to remember that you are valuable. The only time they realize it is when these people quit. That is when the false promises are showered on you & they tell you how much you mean to the company. WAKE UP AMI!! You could be a place of opportunity instead of a place that salary people wonder why they paid for an education & realized you could make more money running production on the floor!
