Pros

Relatively easy pace of work, non confrontational approach in all areas, ability to work remotely, and a good company to start with as fresh graduate and learn about Global Mobility.

Cons

Inclusion and diversity almost nonexistent. Staff in largest Cambridge, MA office is 98% caucasian. Tolerance for differing opinions is extremely low. ‘Yes People’ do well here. Very poor leadership and poor communication across such a small company. Plenty of meaningless meetings. Extremely limited career growth with many employees glued in same position for 10, 15, 20 years. If you are young, ambitious and wish to develop your career over a 3 to 5 year period, this is probably not a suitable company. Company has chiseled away many of their benefits over the years and it now feels like a ‘dime-a-dozen’ organization with nothing that sets it apart from competitors. Salaries are below market level and salary increases are usually commensurate only to prevailing inflation. Working here is not for those wishing to earn higher salaries or reap financial rewards of any sort.

Pros

Management have implemented flexible policies for remote work and have routine meetings to keep employees connected.

Cons

With remote work comes additional online meetings which could be limited to those meetings that are needed in addition to focused agendas.
