Pros

It's a career graveyard disguised as a company. Literally no pro that I can think of, managers lack technical skills and professionalism. It's a good company for people with limited skills, limited aptitude and limited vision. Any person with even a bit of self-respect would not work for this company.

Cons

1. No work from home for people who ain't at a managerial level. 2. Your boot licking skills matter more than your technical potential. 3. Micromanagement to its fullest. 4. Product is small, zero and looks ugly. 5. Anyone can mess with the product with as much authority as one assumes. 6. I think there are more developers than the actual users. 7. Literally 0 work and still they want you in office. 8. Everyone just pretends like there's some actual work to do but there's nothing. 9. Bald headed head of products is ruining this company. 10. No company wide policies, every manager just literally can make any rule.

Pros

The company focuses on developing cutting-edge AI technology for medical diagnosis. You are expected to deliver high-quality results on niche and demanding problems. You will have access to rare datasets from leading organizations in the US and Europe, state-of-the-art computational resources (latest-generation GPUs), and regular (sometimes very frequent) client feedback. If you are passionate about deep learning and AI and want to grow rapidly, you will thrive here. Strong contributions are rewarded through public recognition and salary appraisals. However, if you are looking for a comfortable, low-profile, 9-to-5 role, this environment may not be a good fit, you are likely to feel overwhelmed and frustrated. The company also offers a once-a-year picnic at a 4-star resort, occasional team dinners, regular festival celebrations, and an always busy table tennis table.

Cons

1) Work-from-home is allowed once a week only 2) Highly demanding job 3) Lunch has to be ordered from swiggy or zomato, though breakfast has been recently made available (payable) 4) Sometimes you have to work in off hours to complete a task for client
