3yWe’re so glad that you enjoyed the culture here at AIR MILES and working with the great people that we have. We work very hard to foster a culture that is collaborative, transparent, and inclusive. Work-life balance and wellness is top of mind for us at AIR MILES, as such we've introduced many programs over the years to support our Associates including our remote-first approach to work, an enhanced annual Wellness subsidy, an annual Headspace subscription and most recently the introduction of 7 additional paid days off throughout the year (known as Wellness Days) to give Associates the opportunity to collectively unplug, recharge and do more of what they love outside of work.
As you may already know, we are on a digital transformation journey and continue to focus on enhancing our technological capabilities as a result. While transformations don’t happen over night, we remain focused, committed and excited to see our new way of working come to life and the positive impact it will have on our Associates, Partners and Collectors.
