3yThank you for taking the time to share your experience working with us! We are proud that the AIR MILES Reward Program is one of Canada’s most recognized loyalty programs in the travel industry– we have recently been awarded for building a best-in-class travel experience by being a repeat winner at the 7th Annual Agency Elite Awards by Delta Airlines, Air France, and KLM. We strive everyday to make the program more accessible and flexible for our Collectors. One of the ways we have done just that is by lowering the amount of Air Miles needed each year to achieve the AIR MILES Gold or Onyx status, making it easier for our Collectors to reach these higher level tiers so they can redeem rewards faster and more frequently.
Our Frontline Ambassadors within our Customer Care team are essential in directly driving the value of the program and we are grateful for the time you’ve worked with us! We recognize that being a part of our Customer Care team can sometimes be demanding and may come with high pressure, however, we’ve recently introduced multiple channels (Chat, social media and Chatbot) for Collectors to contact us and resolve issues beyond phone support alone. We will continue to seek new ways to improve the experience both for our Ambassadors, as well as our Collectors.
