When it comes to salary, we conduct regular labour market reviews and analyses to ensure that we are competitive in the way that we compensate our Associates, and that we can make informed decisions around adjustments as they become necessary. We also recognize that compensation comes down to more than just salary alone, and we continue to change and add to our perks and benefits to always make them as meaningful as we can to our Associates. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
