Thanks for sharing your perspective. I agree, AIR MILES has the best people who are passionate, hardworking and innovative and drive our vision forward. We hope to continue to create meaningful value for all of our Associates as they are our biggest asset. We often receive praise for our unique, open concept office space which we designed to create a workplace where our associates feel challenged and inspired. We certainly miss the face-to-face collaboration, the buzz and the energy within our office spaces but as COVID-19 evolved into a global health concern, we made the decision to ask all Associates to work from home until further notice. We’ve been actively working on initiatives to bring our culture to life and stay connected while working remotely and our weekly video updates from our AIR MILES President, frequent prize giveaways and at home concerts have helped. Digital transformation is an ongoing journey for us at AIR MILES. Our focus so far has been on technical infrastructure, the systems that are fueling our digital transformation and the operations behind it.
