Pros
Employee perks, benefits, and salary are very decent and at or above industry standard. Company is trying its best to improve employee engagement from some fronts. Work-life balance is fantastic. Life after work is almost always your personal life. Opportunities to get trained / self-learning are immense and always encouraged.
Cons
The new office at 351 King St. E is terrible, from a location perspective and also the space itself. What used to be right above TTC subway, is now a good 15minute walk (or shuttle or streetcar) away from Union. Proudly an open space with hot-desking, it is a cheaped out version of what the office was once. You don't own a desk, so you have to find one daily, no eating at desk. Adjust monitors and chairs daily. Different neighbor daily, apparently to induce "collaboration" (forced). Noise levels high due to lack of white-noise / noise-deadening. Facilities are far apart, so lots of unnecessary walking. Coffee/drink machines are too few for number of staff per floor. I can continue for pages, but I'd continue to stay away from this place. It is incredibly frustrating trying to get any work done when the space is trying its best to disrupt your working style.
