Hello, and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We see that you are a former teammate, and we thank you for your time with us. We never like to hear that a teammate has had a negative experience. As an owner and operator of apartment homes, our business is 24/7, and weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call are par for the course. As you are aware, the accounting team is in the stabilization portion of a system implementation, which in the long term will make our accounting processes more efficient. We are aware that this implementation has been a challenge for our teammates, and leadership has utilized several recognition venues for the team including additional days off, providing lunches and dinners, monetary recognition, moving duties to other departments, and adding staff. Additionally, project meetings, videos, and a weekly Accounting Stand-ups, have been implemented to enhance communication for this team.
