Peers were great to work with.

Cons

This company is truly a disaster. Very little care for you as a person. Long hours, little reward. Stress levels were insane. A lot of talking behind people's backs, cliques like high school. Spend most of my days crying and doubting my abilities to do my job. A micromanagement environment.

Working as an Operations Recruiter at AIR Communities has been an incredibly positive experience. The company culture truly stands out there’s a strong sense of collaboration, transparency, and genuine care for employees at every level. People here are supportive, approachable, and aligned around shared goals, which makes a big difference in day to day work. One of the highlights of my experience has been my manager. I’m fortunate to have an amazing people leader who is not only supportive but also invested in my growth and success. They provide clear guidance while also trusting me to take ownership of my work, which has helped me develop both professionally and personally. I also feel that my voice is genuinely heard. Whether it’s sharing ideas, providing feedback, or contributing to process improvements, leadership is receptive and encourages input. It’s rewarding to know that my contributions have a real impact on the team and the broader organization. Overall, AIR Communities is a place where you can grow, feel valued, and make a meaningful difference.
