      High burnout -- the people who are good at their work get more work. Small company means slow promotion opportunities.

      Amazingly kind people, meaningful cause to work for, deep trust in staff to make important decisions, and unique multicultural/multilingual office where you learn more about the world every day.

      Cons

      Almost everyone is underpaid and overworked, which is a classic nonprofit issue. Slow promotion/pay raise timelines.
