      Pros

      On time salary plus other benefits like daily lunch and medical reimbursement.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Expected to do work 24/7 even after office hours and weekends on is normal with no extra pay for extra work. No appreciation whatsoever and increments are horrible like 8 to 10 % after a year. No workflow defined and politics in the upper management.

      Pros

      Lunch is good. Facilities department ( office boys etc) is super good. Software department is also working good. Too much to learn for freshers. Good people are there but you have to find them.

      Cons

      In my department there was zero professionalism, Manager and Team leads will comment on females of the company and pass adult jokes on each other like they are sitting on the corner of street ( if raising this concern they will say they want to make a friendly environment within the team and if you raise voice you will be targeted all the time). Team leads are having zero skills to lead. CTO wants you to work for 19 hours in a day.
