      Good benefits, environment and colleagues.

      Cons

      Reduce benefits after Covid due to change of management, new management are all businessmen but pioneers of this company were engineers therefore more generous with employees' benefit. Now is more focus on profits.

      Good benefit interm of salary, work life balance. All good.

      Cons

      Not good for further development due to automation senior engineer control. Need to follow his standard. End up you will be a good follower only without knowing why using this and that. There is dividing work task. So you will never learn other part. Just do your work until boring.

      HR hired too many relatives which is all yes man and woman and all too free trying to play mind games every now and then and purposely choose your on leave to hold annual dinners and spies everywhere who wants to know every conversation u have
