      - Friendly and supportive colleagues (not management) - Small company, which can allow for closer team interactions

      Cons

      - Extremely chaotic and disorganized company structure - Management often too busy or inaccessible to handle issues properly - Poor communication and slow responses from upper management - Ethically questionable practices, such as being asked to present client with information in ways that did not fully reflect employees’ involvement in the company - Minimal benefits - Outdated internal processes - Confusion among consultants regarding payment arrangements - Frequent billing issues reported by clients

      Pros

      -Great team (recently hired several new and and highly experienced staff) -Growing company (in terms of customers and staff) -Have customers in several different industries so you end up gaining more experience needed for different industries (will help you advance in your career) - small company so its easier to learn new things and have a bigger impact -comfortable work environment (our work stations are very spacious and everyone was already 6ft apart even before the pandemic) -good medical/dental/vision insurance benefits Bonus: management stocks up on snacks you like in the break room and are very nice and friendly :)

      Cons

      -fast paced work environment (I personally prefer this but I know it can be difficult for people that are not used to working in this type of environment)
