There are a lot of fun things to work on. The teams work well together and the end product is fun to see in action. We get great lunches and snacks. If you want something to change everyone seems to be open to new ideas.
Cons
It is pretty small, so it can feel like there are not a lot of people around sometimes. Everyone still responds to their messages. The dead lines can be somewhat stressful, but it's not bad.
- Incredible engineers
- Great office support staff
- Non-management folks are super helpful and supportive of one another.
Cons
- Toxic management culture
- Management lies during your 1-1's, and then throws you under the bus.
- The CEO is super hostile to their support staff when they do not respond instantly. For example, when our office manager took longer than 10 minutes to reply to their Slack message, they got a write up by the CEO.
