Can be a fun collaborative workplace Outside of management, teams are well driven good people.

Management are new to the technical challenges and tend to push problems down to employees. Director level leadership is dictatorial rather than innovative. Unfortunately there's a sense of "old boys club" where life is good as a relationship manager or exec but is otherwise toxic. Sexism, lack of trust.
