      Twenty years of experience, which has allowed me to carry out several projects and integrate several sectors of the industry, I want to get involved in your company in order to manage the technical and budgetary aspects of projects or manufacturing processes by watching out for risks, hidden costs and returns on investment.

      Pros

      Can be a fun collaborative workplace Outside of management, teams are well driven good people.

      Cons

      Management are new to the technical challenges and tend to push problems down to employees. Director level leadership is dictatorial rather than innovative. Unfortunately there's a sense of "old boys club" where life is good as a relationship manager or exec but is otherwise toxic. Sexism, lack of trust.
