Coworkers/interns are friendly, The location is nice with plenty of restaurants close by on California Ave, reasonable benefits for a startup company

Lack of focus, solid vision and clear strategy leads to highly irrational decisions, Company culture is such that employees do not feel comfortable speaking up when they do not agree, 3-4 hour long meetings are not uncommon
