Lots of people quit this place or get fired - Anonymous employee AIA Employee Review

Lots of people who work in the lower positions end up quitting or getting fired. Don't work for the guy who manages more than one department. Don't be a receptionist here either. People quit these jobs the most. Most of the employees who've moved up in the company are white. Same with almost all the management and executives. Where are all the minorities for these jobs? They couldn't find any in Los Angeles?
