      Pros

      Good place to work and growth it's a startup but government which kinda a safe place for you

      Cons

      the first management that was hired especially in engineering and ML can't cope enough with the talent under them, there experience is not aligned or matched with the current talent of engineers. they came from small/medium companies and hired people from big companies so expectations are totally different

      - Quite diverse hires ethnically - Great office location - Friendly colleagues

      Cons

      - They have no idea how to build a gen-ai app. They hired a lot of experts in other parts of AI and lack the know-how - They have really poor planning - They have very intelligent employees and the structure is that they just get in the way of each other... like snatching defeat from the hands of victory - Cant decide if they are a startup or corporate
