      Internal processes are chaotic and confusing. Professional development feels secondary There is a significant disconnect between upper management's rhetoric and the day-to-day reality Key departments are left without any real guidance. It feels like no one is managing the team, which has caused chaos and a drop in sales. Upper management seems to ignore this problem.

      - experienced and friendly team, I like to work with them - 100% remote possible and full elasticity of the hours (I can work whenever I want to) - I like my current project, I work with a very large corporation thought AI REV - good company culture - I can be also involved in AI REV Foundation during my work
