Pros

Most of the teammates are nice. No one knows real tech so you can be chill if you want to not too heavy workload (cuz no one knows how to do it)

Cons

No benefits at all. Low PAY. The owner knew nothing about the tech and bad management Plan big but just plan it. No actual work or desire to make it. High turnover rate. 2 day Sick days. CHEAP COMPANY. They use the cheapest monitor, chairs and office supply. Avoid this company. You can study and look for jobs but working for this company, YOU LEARN NOTHING. All engineers are very junior though they are very smart and nice people. You can't learn too much tech stuff cuz there no senior engineers.

Pros

Good holidays for Canada. good coworkers

Cons

- Employees are not valued. - Management love micromanaging everything, then miss deadlines and can't take responsibility for their own issues. The company is getting too large for this micromanagement. If you can't handle the workload, then utilize middle managers to manage it for you. - Management is very cheap, don't like to spend money on the tools that you need to get your work done. You can be relegated to utilizing free software for your projects. Poor benefits, poor insurance. - Teams in U.S. apparently only get very few holidays off.
