      The brand is strong within AI

      Cons

      This is a toxic and dysfunctional workplace. There is no way around it. Leadership has no idea what they are doing, and Andrew is basically using the Fund for his own brand and ego.

      Mission-driven: Everyone at AI Fund is motivated to change the world for the better with AI, and it’s reflected in the types of startups we work to build. Top-tier team and growth opportunities: The partners have cultivated an intellectually-stimulating environment and I appreciate the amount of direct mentorship I receive from them. I feel like I’ve grown professionally at least 3x faster than I would have at other companies. Andrew is a world leader in AI, giving our team the ability to work on the cutting edge of AI with other innovators. Our LPs are incredible and provide a ton of value. Direct impact: Since we’re building startups from scratch, I can see the direct impact of my work in developing a product that creates value. I also can choose which startup to work on according to whatever idea I’m most passionate about.

      Cons

      It's a very fast-paced environment - you need to be able to pick things up quickly and work hard or it could be a struggle.
