      Looks like a great company for a client - they have a good lead gen strategy and are using AI in efficient ways in coaching people how to run fulfillment for businesses

      Cons

      Left a previous company making between 6-7k/month to come work here. Got laid off before I even started. Now jobless. Upper management made a rash decision to downsize without notifying anyone in the team including hiring managers who hired many people who were all laid off within the first month of working there. DO NOT WORK HERE

      Pros

      Great team culture and very approachable leadership. The platform itself is super powerful, and seeing the direct ROI our clients get from the AISDRs makes the daily support tickets very satisfying to close out.

      Cons

      Because the development team pushes out system upgrades so incredibly fast, the backend dashboard UI changes frequently. This means we have to constantly rewrite our internal troubleshooting scripts on the fly

      Pros

      I joined after grinding in corporate marketing agencies for 5 years and feeling completely stagnant. The culture here is the polar opposite. Management actually rewards initiative, the compensation structure is incredibly fair, and seeing clients go from zero to closing $3.5k retainers using our tech stack is massively fulfilling. The internal community support is unmatched.

      Cons

      Because the company is scaling so rapidly, internal roles and responsibilities can shift quickly, which requires a lot of adaptability.
