Pros

Nothing to appreciate. Diplomatic employer. HR hide company regulations during providing offer letter about they will keep your salary on hold for 2 months even company fire you.

Cons

No job security. They can fire you without notice or on 4 days notice period. In such case, you can't search job suddenly. They don't pay your last salary after leaving company.

Our Organisation has very transparent policies and are always available over the HR portal of the organisation for everyone. Policies are built for everyone's benefits however fewer ones might not accept the policies and create nuisances. Still we are alway open to discuss, learn and implement the changes wherever required. We may not be perfect, but trying towards the betterment organisation as well as the people of organisation everyday.

No health insurance. Provident Fund deductions are made from salaries, but not deposited into employees' EPFO accounts. Half a day’s salary is deducted if an employee is late by even 10 minutes. Salaries are often delayed by 15–30 days. On-roll employees are required to work on Saturdays and Sundays. Work culture is highly exploitative and lacks employee-friendly practices. The CEO shows signs of ego and insecurity, creating a difficult work environment. Employees face challenges in obtaining salary slips, relieving letters, experience letters, and other formal documents. Even office staff show lack of professional loyalty. Overall, the company environment is unprofessional, and many join only due to career constraints. Some employees work for as little as 10,000 INR monthly, which is even lower than casual labor wages, as the company exploits vulnerable situations.
