      the ceo of the company meets every associate in a one to one meeting once an year, which is very motivating

      the immediate leaders are not at all concerned about the growth of the company, the just care about their own progress.

      Pros

      AHMSI does provides training for course of work. Since companies does things differently, AHMSI does informed new commers what they expect and how to execute their expectations.

      Cons

      AHMSI overload you with informations. AHMSI needs to provide new commers with brief materials for the work expectation.

      VP & above...Outdated top-down management style Management actions do not reflect "Company Values" Unfair/unequal pay and promotion opportunities No feedback, leadership, direction, recognition, career tracking, training, goal setting, development or succession planning Poor Tuition Reimbursement program --$500 per year
