      Exposed to different industries in Indonesia. Get to manage own projects and finding business partners for German companies. A place where you can develop skills such as writing, teamwork, time management, communication, etc.

      Cons

      Repetitive work. Difficult to rise within the organization. Lack of training programs to further develop local employees. Poor workload allocation among peers.
