Pros

- High-trust, highly professional culture across leadership, peers, and delivery teams - Many employees have long tenures (often close to a decade) and it is common for people to leave and later return (“boomerang”), which says a lot about the culture - Leadership is transparent and communicates clearly when there has been significant and impactful changes - The consulting model is mature, with a focus on large, multi-year enterprise transformation programs rather than small one-off engagements - Strong relationships with partners such as AWS, Azure, and other SaaS vendors that generate high-quality referral work and very sticky clients - The company consistently crushing it's revenue and booking targets and overall feels like a successful, well-run organization

Cons

- Recent organizational structure changes can sometimes make it unclear where certain roles sit within the broader organization - The company is currently owned by private equity and appears to be driving the restructuring - The high-trust culture is a major positive, but it can occasionally allow some individuals to underperform without strong accountability, which can create additional pressure on other team members

Pros

Since I've started on 6/1, everyone has been so kind, patient, and helpful

Cons

I really don't have any cons to list given my super short time here.

Pros

I absolutely love working at AHEAD. AHEAD stands out for its collaborative culture, strong talent, and real investment in employee growth. The environment is fast paced and high performing, but still supportive, which makes it a great place to learn from strong teammates and leaders and build your career. What especially sets AHEAD apart is the focus on early career development. Programs like Launch, ASU, and our internship program give people meaningful work, mentorship, and clear opportunities to grow from day one. It feels like a company that truly wants to develop talent, not just hire it.

Cons

I genuinely do not have any cons to share - this is a fast paced environment, you just have to be adaptable to change/pivoting.
