Amazing people, great training and good compensation packages. Whether you're working as a technician or an engineer you can be guaranteed you will have managers that genuinely care for your well-being. I had extensive training and learnt a lot about shallow geotechnics.

For me residential work is not what I was after. Was not sure what exactly I would be doing as an engineer until the later weeks in training.

They seem to be able to (or were able to at one point) hire really talented, hardworking, and creative young people. Note that they are not able to maintain them. They used to have cool clients but they don't have that going for them anymore. Unfortunately I know management had cornered some employees into leaving positive reviews so I wouldn't trust most of those that are seen here...

Do not recommend, most toxic leadership I've ever witnessed (from co-founders CEO/COO). Everyone of value was either fired for speaking up about anything at all (ironic, being that a core company value is "radical transparency"), or quit because the job is awful. Upper management is known to pit employees against one another and create an atmosphere of secrecy and competition. Threatening, volatile, and exploitive culture as a result of manipulation and aggressive favoritism from upper management (the co-founders). Good luck taking one single vacation day without wrath, and you're going to need to take vacation to survive the bullying that happens behind these doors. Also, client list on the website is super outdated and cat-fishy. If you are young and looking for a job that can advance your career and help you grow and learn a lot: do not come here. If you are more seasoned and looking for a steady and interesting position where you can be respected as a leader: do not come here.
