Management has no direction The senior leadership has no direction Managers are incompetent and are hired because they know senior managers Women who are incompetent are hired in senior positions just so agl can increase their gender equality targets and this has resulted in qualified men losing to unqualified women. There is no concept of promotion. Contractors are hired instead when qualified and experienced staff are looked over Wasting too much money on projects that do not work and no one is held accountable Very much a good news culture Senior management do not have industry knowledge and make bad decisions
