      Pros

      Exposure to a very broad array of technologies. Will greatly improve your resume and skill sets.

      Cons

      Low pay. Management seems conflicted on every decision. Promotions are faith based. No room for advancement. 24/7 texts and emails. Salaried positions which management treats as never being off duty.

      Pros

      Great work schedule. Benefits & quarterly bonuses were a plus! The owners were great!

      Cons

      Management allowed too many chiefs not enough Indians type of work place. Therefore, everyone that worked there basically got away with anything and just received a slap on the wrist, if even that. Was told in my interview they did annual raises, never seen one.
