      Pros

      Initially, they took good care in the resettling process and were well organized in the beginning of my field work

      Cons

      It started out great, but when Agiamondo got into financial problems staff care wasn't a priority anymore. Also, very catholic, even though they beforehand claimed they were more tolerant

      Meaningful work and good health insurance and support.

      Cons

      Poor renumeration, little to no support when you finish your contract at least for non-Germans.
