      Pros

      Opportunity to work on multiple accounts spanning various industries, coworkers are easy to get along with, can learn a lot about digital marketing.

      Cons

      Hours can be very long due to not enough manpower to handle the workload. Employees tend to burn out easily, turnover rate is quite high.
