The owner of the company is very flexible to work with. He offers constructive criticism and is always willing to listen and coach me to do my job better. The financial controller is always very helpful and was very patient training me in my first few months and always willing to give me tips and help me to excel at my job. I'm very happy to be working here.

I don't know where to begin but will say that this work experience was at the very bottom of the list of experiences I've regrettably had in my life. Management got involved in petty spats which caused a lot of drama and unnecessary stress. I witnessed very disturbing actions many times which caused a culture of trepadation and fear through the company. The culture at this agency is very tense and unsupportive. Unskilled management was very blame focused without offering team support when very much needed. Now that I have some distance and have worked with other agencies and brands I see a lot of cracks operationally and would never hire this company for an event nor encourage anyone to consider working there.
