      no pros less you are lazy developer and do not want to work, still get paid and can blame others -no issues.

      Cons

      only that I experienced with no competitive package, lack of training and support from managers law payment, no career progressions

      - Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

      Cons

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
