      Pros

      I love the company culture at AGCO. It has been very much a "work hard play hard" environment from my experience. The people who work here are warm and nice.

      Cons

      The company is in the middle of a global organizational restructuring. That leaves a lot of room for different transitions. And with the new CEO, the transition has not always been the best communicated, with major gaps in expectation and a lot of growing pains.
