      Pros

      This is a great company doing important work. They have a positive company culture. I've very much enjoyed my time here.

      Cons

      I've been over allocated for my entire time here, so I'm constantly in a position to not be able to deliver everything that's expected of me. This is the case for almost everybody I work with.
