-Permanent WFH -One of the best work Culture -Great learning initiatives -Freedom to present and implement ideas -Great stakeholders -Career growth and learning is good
Cons
-A lot of org. restructuring -Hiring yet firing a lot of people. Just not stable -Lot of layoffs but at least they take care of the employees their laying off by providing a compensation which will sustain you for 8months or maybe an entire year -Agritech sector is never stable -For impacted employees they provided career support through Peoplefy for 6months but they have provide zero support through out and the company did nothing wrt that
