Pros
Didn't see any Pros for this company. Recruiting HR People are very much frustrating and don't know the culture.
Cons
They ask consultant to prepare resume with fake experience to show clients they have experienced consultant working for them. They have no SAP S4 hana implementation or support projects Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. HR is mere spectator. No employee engagement programs. Performance bonus is never paid. Extremely high attrition rate. Salary increment/appraisal is even worse than government company. Note: Please consult current employees before joining this company.
