Pros

This is a solidly run company that strives to make money. A good thing for any financially driven business.

Cons

The management seems to be hesitant about the direction the company is heading. It is a non-profit, but the execs certainly act more "corporate" than relatable. The company encourages you to pick a position and stay in it, not much upward movement.

Pros

1. Excellent place to work if you are a Christian and have a heart to serve Christian ministries. 2. Facilities are practically brand new. 3. Very competitive benefits package and HR/management seem to make a genuine effort in improving quality of the work environment. 4. If you earn your stripes and diligently help the organization succeed, management is good about rewarding you with recognition/raises/etc. 5. Above average job security.

Cons

1. It's a rather flat organization so upward movement is difficult. 2. Not the most progressive employer with regards to gender equality. (Religious organizations tend to be behind the curve.) 3. Senior management tends to micromanage. 4. Sales commissions tend to be capped.
