I worked there for years left for 1st party collection position (6 yrs away) owner found out I was out of work called me offered me a job I worked there 28 months until a great position come up in 1st party collections they told me door would always be open for me

Only down side Management a little high stung and you need to have a thick skin but NOTHING ever said or done to every hurt anyone . YOU ARE FAMILY and like all family things can be said and done that make you angry

Pay was decent. Time off, basic. Management was eh.

Constantly changing policies. Management favored certain employees. No, and I mean NO room for growth. No raises, and low commission
