Pros
You will get exposure to work on multiple things/projects at a time. Mangers are dumb so you can fool them very easily
Cons
1. Company and management does not care about employees, even manager will not talk you for a minute on your concerns 2. Once they send you monthly salary to your account, their responsibility towards employees is done. 3. No systematic performance review process in place. 4. No Team activities, outings , you just work work and work. 5. On company foundation day they served bread omlet, are you kidding me? 6. Hiring policy is pay less even if you het poorest quality people. 7. 50% managers are dumb, they don't know management skills and also no technical knowledge I can list many more cons but let it go. Conclusion is just don't join the company in any case.
