Good company not good pay - Admin Asst AFSC Employee Review

Treat employees well. Do not micromanage.

Could provide more recognition and incentives.

This company was the new DoD contractor after 30 something years with another company and while others met AFSC with resistance, this company took excellent care of me when a totally unexpected situation came up and I had to take an extended leave of absence. They were very compassionate, transparent and supportive throughout the whole situation.

They didn't pay as much as the previous contractor, but such is the nature of DoD contracts. I was glad to have a job.
