      Managed via messaging, parcel delivery is paramount over common sense or safety, life risked for a sobering daily rate, excessive work load, route planning / packing terrible, favouritism etc

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Management are very receptive to suggestions.

      Cons

      One downside of remote/flexible working is not always having F2F interaction with colleagues; but this could be said of all companies that offer remote working.

      Pros

      Semi family atmosphere, including grapevine that is alive and well; Benefits are adequate given the small size of the company;

      Cons

      Sometimes management can't make up their minds what they want: start one high priority item only to be pulled off at last second to do another high priority item. So, it would be lack of planning of resources.
