Pros
I have been working in AFK Creators for more than 2 years and I love it! What I like the most is that the co-workers I have are always open and willing to help you. It is very flexible in terms of schedules as long as you meet your goals.
Cons
There is people with different background which it make it difficult to find the best time to communicate because of the different timetables in each country and also the way of working in each country is different so sometimes it makes it difficult to find a middle point of how to work together but when you find the best way there is no problem.
