Salary Leadership confusion/job description confusion/no training/walking in totally blind than chastised for not knowing what to do. Foul language Personal attacks Fear tactics as motivation No use of creativity allowed in office space. Cameras trained on employees and their screens, from a totally separate on-site business. Work/Life balance felt abused, not appreciated. Whole team was stepping on toes, unsure who did what. Family heavily involved, which can be good, but family is in a different business and is heavily involved in this separate business - it creates confusion of the chain of reporting.

Frankly I have nothing good to say.

The company is a wreck. The own shoes up when he wants which is usually late in the day and does not care about anyone's schedule. If you leave on time he thinks you're a bad employee because HE was late and feels you didn't work many hours. They're associated with another company that just tries to take advantage of you and have you do all the work. All around a bad company. Just run.
