Pros
They provide a paycheck for a while. If you are in desperate need of a job this place is good filler for your work history. Just don't plan on staying longer than 6 months.
Cons
Unless you get hired on by a "higher up" your job will be disposable. No respect for employees. From the CEO to department managers the rot goes from the top down. The only way to move up is to throw other employees under the bus or be extremely incompetent at your position (unless you're personal friends with management). The corporate culture there is the adult rendition of high school cliques. Be wary of the financial stability as they have mismanaged hundreds of millions of dollars. The benefits aren't even top notch and the pay scale is below average. The turnover at both the sites and corporate is alarmingly high.
