      The benefits are pretty good coworkers are knowledgeable and collaborative, travel opportunities

      not the best work life balance but that is how, ironically, in-house labor union jobs are.

      Great diverse group of people to work with & lots of travel helping build membership across several states.

      Cons

      When I’m not traveling for work, I’m too far away from my family in California being that I have to live in Washington state. I’m hoping to get a job closer to my family.
