      Great projects to work on. Most of the projects were such that you will get exposure to many of the engineering concept. Get to Work by yourself, controlling and managing construction sites, dealing with client and many more.

      Cons

      Mid level Engineers are not too risk taking. Not too much flexibility in switiching functions and departments.

      Lot of politics in the company and higher management is inefficient. Not paid fairly.
